I'm not sure what you mean by condensation from the coolant pipe? There shouldn't be moisture in the oil if the engine had benn fully warmed up.

Does it cut out on all 4 at the same time? If so, then it's likely to be electrical, as the carbs won't all run out of fuel together.

A cracked liner usually results in the engine becoming hard to start when hot. What you describe sounds like fuel starvation.
