I have an Arrow Indy titanium can and link pipe fitted and have binned the cat. It makes 102db with the baffle in so not too bad really.

I reversed the spring on mine, removed the cables and left the servo in, and it ran ok.

I later fitted FlashTune and ActiveTune.

I'd try bridging the wires on the clutch switch and/or side stand switch first to see if that makes a difference.

With the bike upright and on a level surface the oil level should be between the 2 lines in the sight glass when full, not over!
