Agree with all above, get it on the DYNO if you are not comfortable adjusting carbs, you might also find that someone has been messing with the jetting, and the setup may be hard to adjust/tune without the DYNO in that case. I kind of miss working on carbs used to enjoy stripping them down cleaning ...
