Simple thing to miss, who ever re-fitted air box cover, maybe when k&n filter fitted, didn't refit air tube from rear of air box….. Road tested and now Revs all the way, No Popping, No Banging.. No need to go back to dealer…. service Tuesday at local dealer, new plugs whilst its there… And Go.ht...

Welcome in mate. Straight back to the dealer mate, let him sort it out or have you had it a while and if so has it just started. Sounds like the AIS has been removed from your posts. Plugs can brake down as can the coil pack Oh just have a quick look at the air filter ;) Just brought it last week, ...

Lost me already.....pc111..?....TPS?..... brought bike second hand, its got akro 3/4 system, no c02 sensor fitted and it seems to have some air intake pipe assembly in the box of spares i got, no power commander. pc111 is a power commander. ist it just dying when you get to 9k or is it just the lim...

Should still rev up with the valve shut just not as it should, I'd be concerned with the box of spares! Ask previous owner? Box of spares is different colour fairings, standard exhaust, standard levers, all mint condition and everything the previous owner took off, brought from garage previous owne...

Hi, 3 R1's later and finally i join a forum about them, would like some advice on 2009 big bang engine, get to 9000 revs and its like its hit the rev limiter, Any Ideas?
