Re: Newbie
Welcome to the forum mate, I loved my white banger..... some people on here call them sausages.... well it’s a Big Bang engine.... hence banger.... but a banger is slang for a sausage..... hence some peeps calling the bangers a sausage..... yes they need to get a life.... lol
I have owned three bangers over the years, one was not so good..... it was blue.... a pig of a bike and very slow.... the other two were awesome..... I had a white one like yours.... fantastic bike.... then I got rear ended by a 4x4..... not recommended.... that was the end of that bike.....
Then I got the anniversary.... again an awesome bike.... until we came a cropper at Oulton Park..... still I loved both those bikes
Welcome
This is the only pic I have if my white R1
And the anniversary

Re: Newbie
Don’t bother with the pc get yourself a flash ask the other lads on a sausage it transforms the bike if you send mike at veloux racing your ecu it’s a fraction of the cost.
I’ve got one on the 4c8 and it makes the throttle response as smooth as silk like the old carbed bikes used to be.

Re: Newbie
Definitely. Far more scope with a flash than a PC for your money. .

Re: Newbie
£130 plus vat I think look up velox racing. Mike at velox runs this site. And can supply other goodies as you need.
