Newbie wanting a 50th KR bike
Hi all, new to the site, howevr certainly not new to bikes, or R1's had 3 x 4XV and a 5VY - now I have found a very nice 06 KR50th - I was hoping that one of you experts might be able to help identify - I'm assuming they aren't limited edition, they just have the KR paint job with the 1 white sticker in nose cone & another round one on the tank to identify its a 50th KR - Correct or not? Its not the LE and obviously I will HPI - Its pretty strong money mind.

Re: Newbie wanting a 50th KR bike
I'd get the chassis and/or frame number and make sure they match, and get it checked out by Yamaha UK.
I thought they were for the American market for 2006 and a 5VY model, made in limited numbers and had plaque with the build number on the yoke.
It's easy to get a paint job done and call it a Kenny Roberts special.
