Ok thatβs standard. I just wondered some times if people upgrade the shock they might do the forks.

Those of us with red 4xvβs know they are the fastest colour but donβt generally like to shout about it

I don't know about feeling flush, I'm feeling pretty p!ssed off. Got the 4XV out for a run this afternoon, noticed the oil leak was a bit more than a few drips. Not good. Turned the ignition on and the fuel pump was chattering, so splashed a bit of Super UL in. Fired it up and probably as much as I put in the tank deposited itself on the floor. Now this bike was supposed to have been in the workshop and checked over before it was sold. To say I'm p!ssed off is probably an understatement. I'm now waiting to here back from the dealer that supplied it.

Great news Phil but I should think so. Its obviously not been near a workshop before you bought it.
When you get it back go over it thoroughly and check their work and look for anything that they may have missed.
Good luck mate.π

The dealer has been really good. I'm dropping it back next week and they will keep it until it's sorted out. Not brilliant as I wanted to work on the bike but I'me sure I have plenty of other bike related work to be getting on with !!!!!!

The dealer has fully serviced the carbs so all is good. Should get it back on Wednesday. Lets hope it's a dry day and I can take it out for a thrash
