Never been to a GP race. Are the bikes louder than the BSB/WSBK bikes? Would love to go to Mugello or Catalunya.

I did catalunya last year it was amazing. Manage to get on the grid to!!

The bikes are loud and so fast. They go around corners faster than i go in a straight line.

Me neither. World superbike but in 1980!!!! Watching Randy Mamola win at Brands  How old am I.
I fancy Czech (Brno) next year. Great spectator track (if dry), probably reasonable price too. Wish I'd seen Cal do it there last race
2012 & yellow - must be one of those anni's.

Not sure if Silverstone would be the best place to watch MotoGP as you're so far from the track. Phillip Island was great, some places were only a couple of metres from the bikes. I had to wear earplugs!

Well I'm still at home and not at Silverstone, :( it's my own fault, was rushing yesterday to get mums wheelchair out if the boot and it was lashing it down, wet hands it slipped, I caught it before it hit the bumper and ouch my fooking back has gone again........ Not impressed .... Worst things happen at sea, and then to top it off when I got home my V5C had arrived but yes..... It's wrong

Duncan you can actually get right close to the track at places at Silverstone, that's why I love Luffield either standing or grandstand :D

Good race and everyone seemed happy afterwards. Looks like Marquez forgot that he was meant to be racing for the championship, which certainly increased the entertainment level.
