Hello Gucci.....was on the AP7 a few weekends ago on a nice Sunday drive out to one of the Coves the South side of Cartagena.....On the way back (Empty AP7) passed 12 bikes Harleys that type, but in the Middle of the pack was a White/Red Frame R1 2010ish (No Idea about this 5jj 4fdgh 6hgfs code stuff it was an R1). As I drove past one of the Chopper guys nodded to this Spanish Sports Pilot...and the race was on!!!.
Seeing this I dropped my RS4 into 4th Gear...and stamped on the Gas (Bearing in mind already doing 120KMH). I heard the bike drop a couple of gears but it took him a few seconds to appear in my mirror, the rest I spent white knuckled gripping the wheel and not daring to glimpse at the Speedo only the Redline 8250RPM to change gear. This went on for about 20kms before we split off....having received the thumbs up from Juan/Pedro or Valentino whatever his name was
Although smiling like a Cheshire cat....I nearly sh!t myself, but what a rush!!! The AP7 on a weekend is like an Empty M25........So may have a little bit of fun with lads going down to Cartagena in November......beat me in my RS4, coz you'll piss all over me on my R1

Weather was ok. Lost an afternoon and 1 morning session. It was "eventful " to say the least. Thrills and spills was the order of the day

I saw the pictures of the swollen lunchbox :o
Been messing with my bike today, stripped down EXUP, as part seized, greased and replaced it...new cables. Then new coil packs....took it out for a test....running better but holds back at 10,000 revs now, so better than before but still not happy......
Running out of ideas now and patience.....trouble is here dealerships charge the earth but just want it sorted!!!
