Definately mate. If you've been on Romsey road (and your still on the blue R1) in the last week then may have seen you! Or there's a 3rd blue one about

Thanks. I'm loving it and I will. Careless days are over anyway but easy on the bends for another 5 days at least. Running v. rough and needs the dyno for the low end so all a bit jerky and frightening atm.

Blue/grey 2013 BB (one in the pic). Really wanted the cross-plane in that colour, hence skinting myself and travelling to Sunderland to pick it up!! On reflection not a good idea passing test at 10, getting train up there and not getting back to Winch until 4:30 next morning. Particularly as it was jerking around all the way back. Couldn't wait tho!!

Which BMW are you on the road with?

 Wow nice. Would me to. I was dreading that. I put my deposit down 2 weeks before my test and would have had to get it shipped down to sit in me garage until re-take if I'd failed!

Glad I'm not the only one that went straight in the deep end!! Must be the Winchester water!!!
Were you on the track long before roading properly too?

Welcome in Garry
If it's not been done already get it remapped as it smooths them out , if your short of money Mike r1 who owns the forum does a remap (flash tune) by post for around £150 , have a look at velox racing in the sponsors section

Hi m8,
Nice to meet you. Loomies sounds like the place to go!! Been nipping out on that stretch since I bought it and must have spent the last week turning round before I get there. :).
Where are you from?

Yeh, already booked in to Steve Jordans. Closed loop issue is what I'm reading, maintaining 4-6K without bunny-hopping up the road is more or less impossible at the mo. Cant wait to smooth it out. Velox section thanks I'll have a look.

Yeah the remap or flash makes a big difference to the throttle, it really smooths things out
