Neil 98 4xv

Hi
newbie to this
Got my 4XV back out of storage and guess what it wont start!!
got carbs off and had them cleaned and ultrasonically cleaned too.
put them back on and its only running on 3 if im lucky!!.
will post a question about carbs

Have a look at the ends of the HT leads where the plug caps screw on as they can corrode & snap the wire inside , also check what condition your 20pin white plug on the wiring loom is in , it'll be behind the left hand side fairing panel

Carbs are therapeutic

Be methodical and it's quite enjoyable stripping/servicing them
