Thought so,never mind ill have to keep scouring ebay for one.
I've also noticed when starting it sometimes dies straight away,if u keep starter button pressed u can coax it into life with some revs.it also dies when u snick it into gear sometimes, obvs I'm thinking the stand sensor needs a look at as well as the battery but the starting issue worries me, my old gixer took one little prob and she ticked over.

She idles at around 1300/1400 rpm. I can tell when it's going to stall cos I have to kind of chase the rpm's to keep it going so it doesn't stall. It feels like an old bike when ur not sure if it needs some choke or not, if u kno what i mean

Hi there, is 157 rwhp a good figure for my bike, it had a Dyno printout with it and as far as I know it's standard. Been reading up and I'm going to do all the cheap things to get the power up ie . Cats removal, air filter , poss cans if cheap enough, was even thinking of the ais thingy . Cheers for any help or ideas :)

Get a new battery mate, they cause all kinds off hassle when they start too goo off the boil.if it doesn't cure it check the TPS , throttle position sensor, that can sometimes cause the cutting out issues, its usually a duff battery though, even though you might assume its ok , As for power mine has , Yoshi cans, akra y pipe decat, ais removed, k&n filter,pc111 and custom map its putting out 171.6bhp

Has the bike been sitting for a while?
It might just be old fuel causing the problem.
As for it cutting out when sticking it into gear, the clutch cable may just need adjusted.
157bhp is not bad but my wifes 07 is 169bhp with a K&N, AIS removed and decatted.

Yeah think a new battery is first thing, seem to be buying a lot of batteries for my bikes nowadays , any recommendations ? Ill also look into the tps even tho I kno nothing about them!
The bike had been stood but its had £30 of new fuel through it now so it should be ok now.
So I'm looking at 10bhp with minimum cost, then maybe a ecu flash off the guy on here.cheers for your help guys , ill keep you posted

Welcome in Lou, sounds like a typical 4C8 battery issue like everyone else has mentioned. Had same issues myself last year
