Most of my wee spin oots these days are spur of the moment.
Takes a combination of,
have I got petrol? check
is it decent weather? check
have I got a couple of hours to spare? check

Oh and now that I am once again jobless, the petrol question will be the hardest to put right. :snooty:

Same here Stevie, most of last year was a case of seeing what the weather was like in the morning, with the crap weather last year planning anything was always a let down.

Had never heard of Hartside til last week!

Would have joined you on 18th but will just be getting home Fi Hols.

Looks like there is a few of us starting to get into the Scotland section. We could always do a wee social function soon and then arrange a few ride outs - Coullio always a bed for you and you Mrs here if we get a wee social down our way ;)

No can do but. My daughter has type 1 diabetes and can only do little ride outs with the wife. Once the daughter gets older we will start doing overnighters.
