Hi everyone newbie here,

Looking for some advice I have a 2009 R1, I got scorpion slip on, PVC5, KN air filter I had remapped, what other mods would get more BHP and torque out of the bike? Many Thanks. :D

Unfortunately pods right more bhp is very expensive beyond what you’ve done. Have you geared the bike down? Dropping one tooth on the front and adding one or two on the rear makes a massive difference to the way the bike accelerates out of a corner and is relatively inexpensive. you’ll loose a little on top end but how often do you get above 160 anyway!

Welcome to the forum mate. Regarding increasing your BHP I just did akrapovics and PCV with custom map.... that was more than enough for me.

The bangers have an amazing soundtrack

Depends which track you are at but the smaller ones like Mallory 140 will be fine.

I dont race anymore due to health but i started doing track days and then got the race bug. Mallory on a Wednesday afternoon is brilliant - its a test day and ive been on track with some then big names and some now big names. Brilliant if you need to know just how slow you really are  you get bought back down to earth big time with those guys - just dont ask me to spell all the names

Just have fun and when it stops being fun stop - good luck mate.

-1+1 gives you 163mph on your bike at 12500rpm
Gearingcommander.com gives you figures for every ratio change you might need.
