Been a long long long time since I posted on any forum, but here I find myself. The reason being a recently acquired R1 (5VY) track bike which I'm hoping to learn more about here, as I've never owned an R1 before.

Welcome Geoff,
You will find this is not your average forum. They are a really good bunch on of guys and girls, well at least 2 girls i can think of. Its more of a community of people that don't do Facebook forums.
Its a but quiet to say the least in winter so be patent.
If the guys can help they will.
Tell us a bit more about yourself roding history bikes you have had? We are a nosy bunch

Hi Geoff, welcome to the forum, a couple of years ago i bought my first R1 and the forum has been invaluable for me.
Great bunch of members, I hope you enjoy your stay and make some friends in the process
