Helloooooo
Just registered so I'd thought I'd come and say hello, so hello!!!
Little bit about myself,
Originaly from essex but I live in Hatfield Hertfordshire now and own a 2007 R1 completly standard. it's the first Yamaha I've ever owned so I do already have a few questions lol that I'll post up at some stage I've had it about 2 months now.
I'm not new to biking, had a blackbird before this and a K5 Gixxer 1000 before that, won't give you the whole list
I ride a hell of a lot and do many many miles. I used to own a Tuono and I clocked up 100,000 miles in 5years on it.
I don't own a car and haven't for years, I only have my bike, my life revolves around my bike, I use it for everything. Do about 400 mile commute every week as well as weekend rides for fun and track days etc.
oh I'm a bit of a wheelie head, I forget sometimes my bike has 2 wheels
I won't bore you anymore and hope to speak to some of you soon as I will need help an advice
Take it easy and ride safe
Cheers

I like the dip throttle method, never been a clutch man but they say its more controlable
