Have had my 2007 R1 for over a year, totally standard apart from getting the suspension done and fitting a gel kit to the seat.
Just looking to do a few things to it now, was reading about flash tune etc, which sounds good but would it be worth doing without a decent exhaust system?

I would go decat, decent cans and flashtune or Power commander. However it all depends what you want from your bike
