Well worth some cover if travelling in France, a mate who runs one of the local bike stealers once told me that in France if you break down it costs a couple hundred quid for a tow truck to come out to you, then they charge you per minute/mile that it takes to get you off the motorway/road to somewhere that can fix your bike.
