Thanks for the welcome guys, I did used to be on another forum which suddenly disappeared. Had the R1 for a 3 years or so now but not used it much as I've had other bikes which have taken most of my road time but now I'm down to just the R1 so hoping it'll see some more miles this year.

Hi all
As the title says this is my first post in this forum although I've been watching for a while. I have a fairly clean and standard 4XV, only things non-standard are the Ohlins rear shock and steering damper. I bought it to do track days but then liked it too much I don't want to damage it ...
