I've been a memeber on here since I purchased my 4xv from a former memeber.
I changed the bike a year ago to a 5pw but was disappointed to find out the 4xv had been written off previously :evil:

My first bike was a gsxr 600 k7
Then an 4xv r1
Current is 5pw which I've just sent down the road

I think the consensus is firstly to go with what grade its been running with ......... I use motul 300v

I have no idea on what its been running on, I've just flushed the coolant so the oil is next and ...

Not been riding long, first bike Aprilia Rs125, second gixxer k7 600 and now the R1 and still not ridden it yet as its in bits in the workshop :(
