will rearsets off a 2011 r1 fit a 99? the hole centres are both 80mm, any reason they wont fit?

oh yeah I forgot to mention my bike has a 30bhp squirt of nos attached to it, but I have taken the bottle off now so if anyone wants it they can have it, if you want the the full shabudle take it off and replace any parts that need it and you can have that too
