I usually use a screw extractor
Be careful when taping it in
Then a pair of mole grips twist then pull
Works every time

Set of headers for me then please Not fussed about setup time as I will have all winter to sort excuse to stay in the garage for hours on end

I'm now the proud owner of a 98 R1 that I'm hopping to race next year
It is totally stock
Apart from
K&N
Quickshift
Ohlins rear and ohlins fork internals
And tuning advice would be great and after a set of good Aftermarket headers
Dyno time not an issue as I do have my own Dyno aren't I lucky ...
