Decat is not illegal, will not meet EU legislation but will meet UK if the can is not stamped 'not for road use'. There is also no noise limit.

I have Rosso III on my R1, can fault them. Same profile as supercorsa, so quick steering and plenty of grip for road use, 10/10, fantastic tyre!
