So, so far I've removed thermostat and it's working fine. Re checked hoses and different plugs, everything is connected and no hoses are bent.

Yes cut off the fuse holder and get another mate. You will probably need to cut the wires back a bit too because of the corrosion

I'm sure that shouldn't happened. Have you try to adjust the pins for pin lock to make sure it sits on the visor perfectly .
