problem solved!! turns out the shaft on the valve vane, where the small spacer fits on was slightly bent causing enough of a bow when tightene…login to view the rest of this post

update! all checks out re cables, servo etc., found that the bugger is binding up when end plate is tightened up!! on-going!! cheers.

yeh, had the prob before strip out, a bit odd, read someplace it can warp slightly?

fairly easy to take out and strip its probably that im blind in my left ear and cant directly see the problem!! lol.
