I might have found the problem. At it is not good. The Manuel cam tensioner was loose. So I think the cam chain area might be in a really bad shape

Start up cold: fires right up with a little choke.
Start up warm: needs a small opening on the throttle. And if cooled down a bit, can hold idle.
