Dear all, I would recommend changing the 17.5 pilot jets to 15 as per the 5JJ. The bike will run better.

If you have a constant 12V at the connector, it must be the clocks. That circuit only supplies backup power to the trip meters, nothing else.

If you mean in each front caliper, it will be because someone has changed at least one and not used the correct one.

Hello, I'm not sure that you have reconnected the correct wire. If my memory serves me correct, the 'live' wire that corrodes is red.

There will always be some sucking and blowing with the filler cap off as there are for pistons winging up and down. But it should be excessive.

I have a Slinky Glide clutch cable fitted. It is really light and smooth.

It's also worth checking out an Ivan's Jet kit. I have one of those fitted in my R1 along with #15 pilot jets and it runs awesome!!
