Dear all, I would recommend changing the 17.5 pilot jets to 15 as per the 5JJ. The bike will run better.

If you have a constant 12V at the connector, it must be the clocks. That circuit only supplies backup power to the trip meters, nothing else.

Hello, I'm not sure that you have reconnected the correct wire. If my memory serves me correct, the 'live' wire that corrodes is red.

It's also worth checking out an Ivan's Jet kit. I have one of those fitted in my R1 along with #15 pilot jets and it runs awesome!!
