haynes manual says replace all bolts with stainless steel to. and put new seat covers on and also change brake hoses.

have bought a new petrol cap for my 1999 r1 anybody no how the old one comes off have removed all bolts including the one inside

Thats what i thought. Its on rear paddock stand. And headstock front stand so should be ok. Wont tighten sump bolt up to tight as well.

everything ok now think they just needed to bed in wheel moves free.

pistons move ok had same problem before i changed calipers hardley any free movement when spinning wheel so on my old calipers pistons were rusty new …login to view the rest of this post
