installation of carbon swing arm protectors?

What's the best way to do this?

Double sided carpet tape? Silicon? Duct tape round swing arm before installation? Zip ties?

2008 R1, Accosato rearsets, Akra Y pipe, HM Plus quickshifter, HEL braided hoses, PZ Racing gear indicator, Renthal clip-ons, OEM crash protectors, R&G fork protectors, cotton reels and engine case sliders
