R1 5pw track gearing
Hi, this is my first post so still learning the ropes!! Was hoping someone would have experience of the R1 5PW 2002-2003 and what is a good gearing setup for track day use, my bike is purely a track bike and I'm after the best setup for this use as I don't think top end speed is a top priority on most uk tracks, I mostly ride at Donington, oulton, and Anglesey. Thanks for any help.

Easiest would be -1 on the front I suppose

Re: R1 5pw track gearing
Thanks for the reply, what gains would I get from -1 on front? Would going +1 on the back aswell as -1 on front give more and do you know what the top end losses would likely be?
