Hello all just purchased a 2004 r1 18.000 miles on the clock only owned a thunderace before this yamaha i mean.i have owned
ducati 996
zx9r 4
suzuki gsxr 750
honda fire blade rrt
honda blackbird
just wondering how the bike compares with these bikes
at the moment i have a kawasaki zx9r E model and a 2007 mv agusta brutale

I think you will love the 5VY, I’ve just bought my old one back from a mate, it now has 66,000 miles on it and still going strong.
What colour is your bike? We love pics [emoji6]

The 5vy is meant to be a cracking bike , I've never ridden one but heard plenty talk about them , enjoy

Great bike are the 5vy I owned one for 13yrs! Plenty of ooomph! If you get the opportunity change the rear shock for a (serviced) ohlins, an ohlins steering damper & you'll be well away [emoji6]
