Any idea why I have full power on one and not the other
Yellow and black is very dim

At the blue plug for headlights I only have slight power at the yellow and black wire.

The original colour was red any white so I guess they are from back then.

Improve the bhp if possible but it will be staying the same colour and I be doing few small mods leavers rearsets Handle grips dyno jetted

Welcome mate, in my opinion from the look of your loom I'd rip it out and start again, if it's been hacked about it's not really going to give u confidence when fitting a new one so me personally I'd get a copy of the bikes wiring diagram, the new loom, some beers to keep me calm and get it changed, take pics as they may help and if u lay the old one next to the new with the wiring diagram in hand things should make sense, u could always lean on ur electrician mate if need be

At the start I agree but I am down to two problems now headlight and fuel sensor I am sure if I keep at it I will figure out the problem if not I get a new wire loom

if the truth was known i say he is rolling around laughing up in the big blue sky
its story of my life having hardship but me and him had great memories with this R1 and my older ZX9R
when he had hardship i laugh at him so he is only getting his own back on me now lol.
No harm having someone looking over us there is some nutters these days driving cars vans and other big vehicles
