I think it's just the sh!t like mod not uninstalled so I have to manually remove the code later tonight when kids in bed.

Cheers lads for your patience, nah just the stupid Ajax Like mod I installed didn't uninstall properly, so just had to check all the places it injected PHP code and remove any remnants, although his mod was crap and didn't work properly thankfully he put tags in for anything his code inserted so I could just search for that and remove everything inbetween.
