The 4c8 is a great bike fast as fcuk but cofortable at the same time - recon one of the best R1 made. I had the 5VY and this is similar to the 4C8 and i loved it. I would have any one of those models again from 2004 - 2008.
Old enough to know better.

Welcome in mate.Anth t wrote: Sun Apr 05, 2020 4:33 pm Hi Steven , many thanks , lol red now come on lol blue is sexy tho, if I was to choose another colour I’d paint it Marlboro colours but with daylong orange lol not red no offense but just reds my bad luck colour once broke my knee on a cr 500 motocross Like so high in the air and falling fast not good and that was RED LOL
See you’ve started them off on the blue, other lesser colour debate. Other questions do get answered but you'll have to ride this one out for a few weeks. Orange however, is the way to go once you’ve got a blue one!!

Enjoy.
2012 & yellow - must be one of those anni's.

Anthony, the ackras are definitely the way to go and to also remove the cat, it sets so dam hot it can melt your leg... plus the sound when the baffles are removed... pure music...Anth t wrote:Chears , and hi, I love my 4c8,, need a set of carbon Akros tho , but not spending a grand plus !! And she will pass a quiet track day noise test .. coming out at around 100 dB so not offensively loud [emoji1303]

Actually, I don't recall anyone here ever saying that! Strange times.
