One of the issues is the lower rpm power band, its jerky and not smooth. With the flash I believe that would rectify it.
The other being the OEM is a good set up overall with a flash tune as opposed to having a 16/45 set without a flash tune as it maybe and more wheelie happy the smoothness in power will not be present as having a flash tube and OEM setup for best overall power and smoothness. Of this is only my opinion on it.
If I'm not happy with OEM set up after flash I can always buy another sprocket with 1 less tooth and get it flashed again for free from mike.
The -1 front sprocket change makes the bike way smoother in the low rev range, try it, what you gotta lose!!! £20

I hope your sending the rest of the bike for a Custom map.
You won't get a custom map unless YOUR bike is on a dyno.

That is my Concern Cody, Mike is in Jersey and I am sending the ECU FOR reflashing providing all my mods on the bike.
It will not be a proper custom map as the bike will not be on a dyno, but I know plenty of guys have done it and it has worked for them.
What do you suggest?

Lol, again you have me thinking lol. I do not want to much low down power that I can not use it all & lifting is a dislike as I like to shoot off then go up lol I know its going to happen but more so on 16/45, convince me otherwise.
