Thanks Donny. I think I found most of the 5pw,s on the web but missed that one!
The 04 is quite near me and I am off to see it tomorrow.
Which is the best bike? For example I loved the CBR1000rr but the CBR954rr was such an exciting bike. Is it the same between these two R1's?
And the 02 just looks ......right! You know?

The 5pw is a great bike, I had mine 4 years, instantly took too the bike, the way it makes power and the handling, its not as fast at the top end as the under seat models but there gruntier in the lower revs, the 5pw is very chuckable in the bends its a bit lighter, in my opinion the 2004 is the gentlemans choice and the 2002 is the hooligans choice, which one are ya lol, The 2004 looks lovely an aw so its a hard choice mate but a good one as you cant lose !!

The 04 in black must have been sprayed as there wasnt a black colour scheme till later.
Check for crash damage.

Its not to say its a bad bike if you cannot find any damage to it, it may just be that the owner wanted a colour change.
If there is nothing else wrong with it you could try and use the fact its been painted to get money off.
