Masho the pension issue is across the whole of the UK, its not exclusive to Scots.
We are already " Devolved " what we want now is complete " Independence "
I'm thinking this is not the place for this kid of chat.
I'd be happy to discuss this elsewhere if you fancy.

The West side, Huddersfield. Although we normally head for North York Moors or Derbyshire.

Seriously welcome and enjoy the site, as you have guessed there is a lot of banter on here, and a lot of Scottish members.
One thing I will say and then I will shut up. I agree politicians are politicians and they look after number one. What I will say about the SNP and this is an English and half welsh person speaking is at least they will ask their countrymen and women for their opinion by holding a referendum and I fir one respect them for that. The SNP knows what it wants but it will only deliver it if that's what the Scott's want.
Westminster on the other hand always knows best, well that's what the politicians think, they are scared sh!tless of asking the electorate for their view because they know we would not agree with them... That's why we will never get a referendum.
I love my country I just wish our politicians were in tune with our people..... But hay that's just my view.
Totally agree with the above I started the ball rolling on this one with a tongue in cheek bit of fun hope its been taken that way, should know better at my age really in staying clear of politics.

I can hold a conversation on politics Stevie and your right its not the place to hold it I must admit I wished I had not tried to have a bit of fun now.I watch a lot of debates regarding politics and certainly don't want to keep one going on this site (message to self no politics even in jest).

I don't think any harm has been done at all my friend, its good to talk about these matters as there is so much mis-information being put out there.

Pinnit said county not country scrappy,
Matt with a sir name of Edwards I'm not likely to disagree, but I would also include England, Scotland and Northern Ireland as well.

oh and the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands
