Hi Pete good vid shame about the music ,Sam ( havant )
A site for Yamaha YZF R125, R3, R6, R7, R9 and R1 R1M Owners
https://www.yamahar.co.uk/
Obviously familiar with the 272 then? Great road, just come back from there this morning actually. Petersfield to Loomies not too bad at the moment, had a nice clear run, but from loomies going West there's a bit of flooding...bloody bike's filthy...good ride though.Siamblue wrote:Hi Pete welcome along,i often frequent Portsmouth as some of my family still lives there and i lived there for 20 years and all of my biking was done down that way.
Cheers man, not so nice at the moment though...covered in mudMadturk999 wrote:Hi mate nice bike welcome

like women beauty is in the eye of the beholder
Should be 6 or so of us going, taking transits. 2 per van, mine's full but if you wanna go I can check with the other lads to see if there's a van space. Going up the night before. We're no racing Gods so most will probably go in novice group.samr1 wrote:Hi Pete would like to do track day at some point this year been 3 years since last one will have pull Cbr out u got trailer or van ?
Worth it though, for that last stretch road...greatpod wrote:Was out loomies today as well and I to went through all that standing water as well.

When is Donnington? Although I'd be lucky to get more than one trackday a year to be honest, and usually stick to weekends so that we don't have to shut the garage.hash29 wrote:Do we have a new member for the Donny bash![]()

That's no 2-stroke, that's an old VFR750 street fighter I've been building over the past few years. Just a fill in job when work is quiet...don't get many quiet spells though.
R6 shock, GSXR1100 wheels and forks, 916 seat unit, custom built subframe, Z1000 cambell pipes with custom made link pipes and mounts, VFR400 tank, GSXR1000k9 headlamp and so on...
So why are they called 'sausage'? dare I ask....
Easy mistake, couldn't see much of it in the first vid. Would be nice to get it finished one day...it does slowly progress though.PJC wrote:petepassion wrote:Oh I see.PJC wrote:I see, that's not your garage and you have never seen the bike in front of your Sausage before.petepassion wrote:2-stroke??PJC wrote:Still wanting info on the 2-Stroke![]()

Nice little project
I have my own small garage in Southsea, just me and another mechanic working for me. Been here about six years, looking after many of the locals motors, absolutely love it.samr1 wrote:who do u work for pete
