Obviously familiar with the 272 then? Great road, just come back from there this morning actually. Petersfield to Loomies not too bad at the moment, had a nice clear run, but from loomies going West there's a bit of flooding...bloody bike's filthy...good ride though.

Should be 6 or so of us going, taking transits. 2 per van, mine's full but if you wanna go I can check with the other lads to see if there's a van space. Going up the night before. We're no racing Gods so most will probably go in novice group.

When is Donnington? Although I'd be lucky to get more than one trackday a year to be honest, and usually stick to weekends so that we don't have to shut the garage.

2-stroke??
I see, that's not your garage and you have never seen the bike in front of your Sausage before.
Oh I see.
That's no 2-stroke, that's an old VFR750 street fighter I've been building over the past few years. Just a fill in job when work is quiet...don't get many quiet spells though.
R6 shock, GSXR1100 wheels and forks, 916 seat unit, custom built subframe, Z1000 cambell pipes with custom made link pipes and mounts, VFR400 tank, GSXR1000k9 headlamp and so on...

So why are they called 'sausage'? dare I ask....
  Looked like 2-Stroke pipes in that first vid   Now i see them in the 2nd I feel stoopid   Nice little project

Easy mistake, couldn't see much of it in the first vid. Would be nice to get it finished one day...it does slowly progress though.

I have my own small garage in Southsea, just me and another mechanic working for me. Been here about six years, looking after many of the locals motors, absolutely love it.

Being a mechanic, I always do my own bike.
If you haven't got a local garage you can trust, by all means give us a call when the time comes.
