No i'll be fine, I did 1150 miles over 3 days. I will stick the 4c8 in the van, travel down kick your arse, drink your wine, boot Luke offa your mrs and drive home without braking sweat. Now I am happy to race for reg docs, how about you mate

Now now boys.... Calm down and put the testosterone away. It's horses for courses, and we all have particular bits of riding that we excell in.

Pete and Stevie, it's great when you are riding with someone who you not only trust, but is of a similar ability to you, the ride seems to flow, you know where your wing man is and he knows where you are. You accelerate at the same pace, change gear at the same time, the music is sheer pleasure..... Even Beethoven couldn't pull that sound track off.

I am glad you both had a good time, you both deserve it.

Pete, I know you and Phil are good friends, I was just trying to pull both your plonkers. I will not joke with people I don't like..... The time to worry about me is when I'm always serious with someone..... That means I don't like them...... Perhaps I need to do a sense of humour check, cos you both missed that one

Steve, I did miss that one, maybe there is a reason why

Scrappy and I can ride fast and close not just because we are as one at that time but more because we know the outcome of what each other have just done, therefor we can react before it has happened. We have different styles very different styles i favor one and its quicker over x road he favor's another and is quicker over x road. What we do have is an understanding of our individual strengths thus allowing an interpretation of how the ride will be. Stevie is a great rider to spend 1000 miles with, there are no dodgy overtakes no stuff it up the inside or outside. What we can do is take the p1ss and talk about any mistakes we make on a run, trust me we make enough and learn from them.

I do know what you mean Pete when you describe yours and stevies riding and the link you have, I have that with my mate Neil.

Regarding my sense if humour.... Perhaps I should use more.... Read it today..... Without the benefit of red wine and I get your point. Sorry mate to both you and Phil
