Thanks mate...This is due to a genetic need to every now and again slow myself down... You cant ride a hardtail chop like a sportsbike... apparently... must admit I like the whole biker bad boy image but just keep coming back to sportsbikes. The R1 is the first one in 15 years to genuinely scare the pi$$ out of me... its always well behaved until for some reason it makes me stick the front wheel in the air and act like a twot!!! at least 50 smiles to the gallon on an R1...!
