Sir royal tw@t. It's got a good ring to it. Keep up with the name calling Luke it's quite amusing considering you couldn't string a decent comeback together to save your life. Open a window or something, get outside. Step away from the keyboard and meet some real people

I have to say tom , coming on her and having a pop at 1 of the "founder" members who is liked and respected by 99 % of the forum members probably isn't the smartest moves if you tend to hang around

Guess I'm adding to the 1% then. Just have a re read and notice that he called me a cnut, yeah. And don't worry I probably won't as I keep getting told off for standing up for myself. Thanks for the advice though

Tom, if you do sell your stuff on here or elsewhere, what bike will you have to ride, do you have another R1 that you are putting a engine into as mentioned on another post..

Cheers bud. I've only been on track at brands and knew it well from car days with my mk2 escort.
That day I got moved up into the intermediate group so had to pull out some stops to keep up. I'll be slow as f**k at any other track I reckon

Flat out lol..
Clearly having a blast but def not flat out.
I have run on at paddock hill on a number of tea lol trying to take with to much speed.
Great corner and what follows with the dip and then climb into Druids is just mind blowingly good.

Well flat out for me. Let off at the start finish line in the top of 3rd, no braking and straight down. I'm a big bloke so I'll never pedal her as fast as the newer bikes on track.

It's more a confidence thing for me. I did 5k road miles from June to October last year but after being on track I've lost enthusiasm for fast road riding. Brands is easy to learn and easy to get wrong but I know it and got faster and faster

No braking. really bad idea that one, you risk being thumped up the arse if you are letting off at the line and coasting, but you are new to bikes.
Being big wont make that much of a difference

Everyone, really

, so no one uses their brakes then or if they do it must have been a little touch.
Like i said not the way to ride a trackday. You should be either on the brakes or the power unless its a neutral throttle in a corner
I haven't ridden Brands by the way, however

So you must know all about that corner then...
