Most tyres are great these days but they are confusing , you need to know whether you want sports touring , sports or hyper sports .
Tyres are a very personal choice .
There are many different theories on what tyres to have and a lot of it is fed on the confusion of the branding .
I fit the original Michelin Pilot Powers on mine at around £150 a pair , M&Ps had some great pair deals on recently .
Ohh and the sump bolt torque setting in the manual is wrong , if you use the 43nm you'll eventually crack your sump

it's about half of that and I always use a new crush washer for the sake of £2
