Greetings from not so sunny Suffolk.
Found you looking for torque settings (got them now ta). Right now I've got a 14b R1 on a 2012 plate that I bought in May this year. Traded in my faithful 2008, she was a beaut, black with gold trim and Nurburgring decals. Hope whoever has her now enjoys the ride. Not done much as yet to the newbie, new levers and carbon HEL brake lines and just fitted a Hepco & Becker sport rack cos I like the weight kept close to veg not hanging behind the rear wheel. That's about ready for the Bol in a couple of weeks.
Been riding Yams since 76. Started on a RD250C then a XS650, now that was different. Thrap on the gas on the centre stand and the whole thing reversed a yard or 2.
Once I've world out how to add photos I'll do that.
