Hi to everyone

Post by KoDen »

Would like to say hi to everyone on the forum. Been registered for a wile, but never had an opportunity to post as I was away from biking for a few years. But now I'm back and very, very happy about it. :D :D :D Got a bike recently, so gradually putting my self in to previous form. Planning to spend some time with my ex trainer and do advanced rider course. Looking forward to join your community and meet some of you on the road. As well get some advice and share my experience. HELLO :dance:

Welcome to the forum Deniss a 2008 R6 is a beautiful bike I had the 2009 model until a couple of months ago. So what has brought you back to biking? What bikes have you had in the past and do you have any pics of them, we love pics on here. To post pictures follow the link below, that will explain everything you should need

viewtopic.php?f=4&t=144" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Also regarding advanced training, are there any Institute of Advanced Motorists bike groups in your neck of the wood, they are very good and they are not all Harley riders with beards, quite a few of us ride sports bikes :D

Anyway, welcome to the forum, any questions just ask, someone will have an answer, oh and we are a friendly bunch, loads of banter and good humoured p!ss taking.

So join in and welcome

Stephen :D

Haven't got fancy picture yet. That one is on the first day I've got bike. I'm in love with it. And even at the beginning thought to remove flames, now I like them as well.

Welcome back to biking.

I had a break of 33 years before I got my R6, but have loved every minute of it since then.
Three summers now (I do put it away in the winter - sorry to those all year round guys) but still racked up 11,000 miles so far.

My wife has been supportive but equally very aware of the dangers and does worry so can understand your position.

Enjoy safely and as for the colour; ideal for a KR scheme :)

Stay safe
