New to the Yamaha family

Post by The Doctor B »

Thought I'd better introduce myself having signed up a week or two ago. I've been riding for about 7 years, the last 3 of which have been on a GSXR1000 K6.

I've always loved the look of the R1 but the 2015 just blew me away, very sexy motorcycle. I picked mine up at the weekend (2nd hand, 800miles) but only managed a quick ride.

My review of the 2015 R1:

Fcuking hell!!!

The end.

Can't wait for the next ride, absolutely in love with it.

Great knowledge base here, can't wait to put some of it to use.

Welcome mate, that's one nice bike you got there, I was unsure at first when they came out but they've really grown on me. Once I sell the kids to a Lithuanian drug smuggler I'm going to buy one for sure

I found a good buyer, Middle eastern chap with a bit of a stutter, kept saying the word 'is' twice.

Unfortunately I had to put that on myself, although it would look equally as good on the wall.
