Hi Guys been lurking a while and just upgraded from a 2013 R1be to a 2015 R1, this is my old bike at cadwell

and heres my new one

Welcome to the forum Andrew and a couple of beautiful R1's you have there. I know from your profile that you like tanks, well the 14b steers a bit like a tank but when you get the hand of them they are great, however the 2015 model is light years ahead and a fantastic bike to ride.

So welcome to the mad house, I hope you have a good sense of humour as you will need one on here , join in with the banter, give as good as you get and have a good old laugh along the way.

Oh and cracking opening post, we love to see pics of new members bikes so 10 out of 10 for that post

Cheers Stephen, yeah i quite like the 14b for its weighty handling it was a laugh to ride but like you say the 15 is completely different sounds a bit different too but love it so far

I have been lucky enough to test ride the 2015 bike fir two and a half days, it reminds me of my little R6 but with a ballistic missile up its arse, it's as light and clickable as the R6 but the power is mind blowing and best of all it delivers it in such a controlled way, it really is a beautiful bike to ride, I have one on order fir March

Hi jompy we have a collection from ww2 to cold war. We have a Chieftain which is quite impressive but i like my Russian stuff they were quite advanced for there time

yeah the rushki's really got they're sh!t sorted when they made the T-34 i used to love that tank

so this collective "we" is that work or a group ?
