Hi guys I have an R1 race bike from 99 and looking at buying a newer model road bike for some fun.

Welcome in man, we like pics and some biking history and any other crap you care to chuck our way.
4C8 would be a good choice, but get a well specked bike as aftermarket bits are expensive and not that easy to locate.

So what you after then ? i've heard a few of the lads say that the 4c8 is a great bike went mapped but neews to be pushed hard , me i wouldn't know i love my 4xv fighter
