Hello.
Just found the site. Had a 99 R1 for 10 years now I've upgraded to the 07.
Lots of fun but I'm having to do some work to get it to feel right.
Had suspension set up.
De-cat
K&N filter
Fitted carbon yoshi's
Changed the rear to a 55 profile.
Just sent the ECU off for a reflash hoping to get rid of the huge lag when coming off and back on the power.
Ride safe fronkey.

welcome.
good choice of upgrade!.
I always wanted an early R1 in that colour scheme, but had to settle for a blue one as nobody was selling the red ones!

Same route as me! 99 r1 then 4c8 !! You've done virtually the same thing to your bike as well. The flash tune really does make all the difference.
