Welcome to the forum Grant, you will enjoy the 14b, or banger as we sometimes call it, Big Bang= banger , they have a soundtrack to die for, just like Rossis M1 and they are a beautiful and very rewarding bike to ride . So any questions you have just ask, we are a helpful crowd so a si say, just ask. Also we do like to take the p!ss out if each other, so join in, have a laugh and most of all enjoy your new bike, it's a hell of a lot better than a Black Mans Willie..... Mind you, pod and Bub on here like them :? Mind you your RR was a Honda, pod and Bub don't like them , I presume you realise the R1 you have bought doesn't have a pipe stand nor ash tray nor hold-all fir your slippers...... It's a proper bike :D .... Seriously only joking, nowt wrong with Hondas...... BMWs .... Another story

Welcome

Stephen :D

BTW .... That's just got me in the sh!t with pod and Bub

I have had a few Hondas both cars and bikes in the past and they were great, never had a BMW, almost got one, but on the way to buy it my wife saw a jag and said I want one of those..... I would t mind we were after a 330 convertible and and ended up with an XF .... not much difference aparantly..... And to be fair she does like the day time running lights on the jag..... Women

Here is my BMW M coupe, a barn find that I've restored back to health. Not a fan of newer bmws if I'm honest.

So after a 150 mile trip home from the dealers, she is now at her new home. Enjoyed the ride home and gave me the opportunity to feel out the bike before hitting any real corners and traffic. Here are some snaps

Cool another pink framed mate for Locke
And to be honest those red frames look great :)
Get used to the bike for a while , save some money then get cans & a re-map ;)

I really like the red frame and thought long and hard before actually biting the bullet. Glad I did now :-)

Tail tidy is 1st on the cards before anything else. Cans 2nd. Remap....... We will see [emoji23]

Cracking bike mate. The red frames look better in the flesh. Don't listen to the haters!

First thing lose the R1 decal from the nose cones and rim tape. Trust me you need cans as these crossplanes sound great!
