Welcome in, what model are you after then, I wouldn't worry about milage too much, better to have a engine that is warmed up and used than one that does 3 miles a day.

If its a big bang your after, this one I think would fit the bill

well looks like im going to have to wait a bit longer insurance is just way too high they wanting an extra 112 a month for the last 4 months my current policy. I had just getting a good deal on my bike for a 2008 met red one with only 8000miles on the clock as long as it was in good condition it was mine gutted.
ps looking into stopping my policy and starting a new one just need a good price to make it happen

I am changing mine to TPFT (£132.00 with all mods declared) as I crashed last year and after working out the excess and increase in insurance it was not worth claiming, its a hard decision to make but look at all the variables if u haven't already

Hello mate and welcome. I got my r1 insured last year and it was over 500 Tpft for the cheapest. This year I have declared loads of mods and its 170 for the year with mce. That's with 2 years ncd.

When I can protect my ncd ill look to go fully comp

181bhp seems a little high for a stock motor even with a full akra system tbh though !?

think ive got it sussed now got a price for insurance off compare the market and it came back 232 tpf+t but thats with no extras so after add the options i want it goes up to 282 and make sure it covers me in europ cos i have to go back to the nurburghring then ill miss out on a years ncb seen as the price difference for a year ncb is only 35 im willing to take that hit just to get the bike i want.
Looks like going to wigan at the weekend is back on :D
Thanks for all the help and welcoms peeps ill let you know if i get the bad boy fingers crossed i can get away with riding it.
